Discover a true natural refuge at Hotel Fazenda Luar de Agosto, located in Faxinal (PR), in the enchanting Ivaí Valley. Surrounded by majestic mountains and bathed by the serene waters of the São Pedro River, this paradise is an irresistible invitation for nature lovers.
In order to assimilate topics from the areas of History, Geography and Science, we invited the students on a field trip to the rural region of Faxinal, 140 km from Maringá. We will be visiting the Hotel Fazenda Luar de Agosto to observe and describe the region's unique features. The site is bathed by the São Pedro River, which forms a 125-meter waterfall on the property, the Salto São Pedro. The Faxinal region is marked by a unique topography that sets it apart from the horizontal relief that predominates in the north of Paraná. It also boasts exuberant natural beauty, with preserved fauna and flora suitable for contemplation and study.
Nature has been lavish with the Hotel Fazenda Luar de Agosto, a paradise surrounded by mountains, with a mild climate, located in Faxinal (PR), in the Ivaí Valley. The landscape fascinates and bewitches tourists who appreciate nature. Fazenda Luar de Agosto was planned to have the least possible environmental impact. The rules for protecting the environment are strict and recommended to all tourists who visit the property.
Guided by the motto "Respect the Environment", the farmhouse was built under the guidance of agronomists, landscapers and civil engineers who took care to integrate it with nature. No trees were felled for the construction, only those that were already dead were used in some cases, but they were always reintegrated into nature. Exhaustive care is taken to avoid dumping waste, attacking trees and harming wild animals on the farm. The environment is free from any kind of pollution. The aim is to maintain the native beauty so that everyone can enjoy nature in its pure form.
